Anthony Michael was a union carpenter with decades of experience in home remodeling and aspirations for operating his own business. With the help of his wife, Paige and the support of their two sons, Cameron and Lincoln, Michael Made Remodeling became a reality. The Michael’s have lived and worked in the Pittsburgh area their entire lives and Michael Made is truly locally owned and operated with a genuine commitment to the area.

Anthony's years in the union and working for local Pittsburgh remodeling companies gave him the opportunity to perfect his trade while learning the business of remodeling. From that experience he knew what he wanted to do (and didn't want to do) with his company. Michael Made Remodeling will never use high pressure sales tactics and in fact has a commitment to not use salesmen at all. Our reputation and prices sell our jobs. WHAT TYPE OF REMODELING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

When you're a full service remodeling company, the average time for projects can vary greatly. Scope, location and complexity of the work determine the amount of time the job will take. For example, a bathroom renovation may take anywhere from a few weeks to a month, while extensive home additions could extend the timeline to several months. What we guarantee is this: if we are working a remodeling project at your home, you will have remodelers there every day that materials are there to work with. We can't always control material deliveries, but if there is materials at your home, we will be there working until the job is complete.

We know how disruptive a remodeling project can be to your home, so we prioritize efficient project management to minimize disruption to your daily life and keep you informed every step of the way.

We also guarantee a clean work site, proper tape off and job completion clean up to ensure your house is left how we found it... except for your new remodeling project of course.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL REMODELING PROJECT TAKE?

At Michael Made Remodeling, we follow a structured remodeling process to ensure your project runs smoothly. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to discuss the details of your project. We'll determine your budget, timeline, and ideas you want brought to life. Many jobs require an in-home consultation to assess material needs, job time and job specifics. If it is a job we can estimate without an in-home consultation, you'll receive a detailed cost estimate over email within 48 hours. If you need an in-home consultation, you'll receive your estimate within 48 hours after the in-home meeting.

Our estimates are online via Contractor Plus. Our Contractor Plus app allows us to offer a customer portal where you have total control of your project. You will receive a link to your estimate (and a PDF of the estimate) in your email. From you customer portal you can review, request changes, approve your estimate, receive invoices and even apply for financing with Wisetack. Your electronic invoice also contains all the information you need to feel comfortable about your project like our licensing and insurance information.

Once you approve your estimate, our system will generate a deposit invoice, and once you pay your deposit, we will schedule your work! (Our payment schedule is generally 1/3 down, 1/3 at material delivery and the final 1/3 at completion.)

WHAT KIND OF LICENSING DO YOU HOLD?

Yes, we are fully insured. Our company carries both general liability, personal injury, and product insurance, as well a full commercial auto policy to protect your property and everyone involved in the project. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance upon request for your peace of mind, or you can view on your electronic estimate or invoice.
